Youth Mission Trip: Raliegh County, West Virginia
Open To Those Who Will Be Finishing Grades 8-12 at the end of the 2012 school year.
Youth need experiences in their lives where they can step outside of what they know to the unknown. In our Christian setting, we believe that God calls each of us--including teens--into serving both God and neighbor. As we serve into the unknown, God has a chance to reveal to us new ways to see, hear, taste, and be in relationship with others who are different than ourselves. Each teen in our faith community, and their friends, are welcome to join this Christian adventure into new ways of being faithful in the name of Jesus Christ!It is just one way to share the good news that God's love, grace and mercy is for everyone.
• This year’s 12th grade youth feel guided to make this year’s mission trip group a high commitment organization.
– Your attendance is required at all major fundraising events.
– Attending a minimum of 75% of all minor fundraising events is an expectation.
– We would like to see you in church all of the time, but our expectation is you attend as a minimum 50% of the time.
