Monticello Help Center Volunteer Needs

The Monticello Help Center is a local, non-profit organization who operate a food shelf and clothing donation center for the need in the Monticello area. They are always seeking volunteer support in a variety of areas as outlined below.  

Volunteers needed for the following:

Food shelf shifts:  Help work at the center food shelf.  When:  9:15 - 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.  Options can be weekly or every other week for a specific day.

Office Support:  Answer phones, schedule appointments, etc. When: Monday and/or Friday mornings 1 1/2 to 2 hours 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Delivery:  Help with delivering food to seniors citizens.  When:  Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:00.

Clothing Center: Help sort and stock clothing, checkout and help customers.  When:  Monday a.m. 9:15 - 11:30, Wednesday a.m. 9:15 - 11:30, Wednesday evening 5:15 - 7:30 p.m.  Weekly or every other week on specific day.

Data entry - Help from your home!  When:  As you can!

Starting soon:  The Center will begin pick up from a local retailer donating food and product.  Will need a truck or van - 2 people When:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings.  One or more days, weekly.

Language Skills:  Spanish translator / interpreter.
